- Pastoral support
- Financial support – Each BB company pays a levy per member to BB Northern Ireland Headquarters annually. This may be funded through BB week when each boy may be given an official collection card to ask for donations from friends and family towards the work of BB. Some companies ask parents to contribute towards this fee whilst others run fundraising events.
