The Boys' Brigade in Northern Ireland has a number of activity and residental centres. These can be booked for use by Boys' Brigade member and non Boys' Brigade groups as well. You can click the link in the menu to view a video of these centre. The centres are as follows:-

Ganaway Activity and Residential Centre

Climbing WallGanaway Activity and Training Centre is a 13 acre site in the quiet countryside between Millisle and Ballywalter in the Ards Peninsula and overlooking the Irish Sea.

The central heated indoor modern and well appointed accommodation can cater for mixed gender groups with sleeping, self-catering and disabled facilities.

Ganaway is owned by the Belfast Battalion of the Boys’ Brigade and are available to non-BB youth groups and schools as well as BB units.

In managing the centre the Boys’ Brigade seek to provide a neutral and non-threatening environment and to encourage the development of responsible citizenship by facilitating activities to enhance self awareness, self esteem and an awareness of and respect for different cultures and beliefs.

Shephard's Lodge Mountain Centre

Shepherd's Lodge Mountain Centre is situated in the foothills of the Mourne Mountains at the very edge of Donard Wood at Newcastle, Co Down and overlooking Dundrum Bay. Get there through Newcastle,, past Donard Car Park, following the route to Greenhill YMCA. At the latter, take the left fork and keep the caravan park on the right. Shepherd's Lodge is the very last building on the track.

The Lodge and surrounding areas are ideal for residential and team building activities as well as hill walking, canoeing, mountain biking and abseiling for groups using their own leaders ort engaging skilled leaders through BB House
